That is no longer a concern in New Mexico. When buying a home, you can request the same legal protections that traditionally had been available only to sellers. When you enter into a buyer's agency relationship with me, I will then owe you fiduciary duties which include undivided loyalty and confidentiality.

In a very real sense, you get to have your cake and eat it too. While you are getting enhanced protection, the seller is still paying the commission. Put another way, you are hiring an experienced agent to work for you... and it does not cost you a penny!
